Course Description
Bridging the Gap Between Science, Food, and Longevity.
Led by Silvena Rowe—a certified integrative health coach, senior lecturer in longevity nutrition, and culinary innovator with over 40 years of experience—this course uniquely bridges the worlds of medical science and culinary mastery. As one of the world's leading voices in biohacking cuisine and a sought-after keynote speaker, Silvena brings evidence-based insights from the latest nutrition and longevity research into the kitchen, transforming theory into practical, delicious, and sustainable daily habits.
In today's world, where chronic diseases and lifestyle-related conditions are on the rise, nutrition has emerged as a powerful and often underutilized tool for prevention, healing, and optimal aging. This course in Longevity Nutrition, delivered at the Geneva College for Longevity Science, is designed for medical professionals, wellness experts, F&B leaders, and anyone seeking to deepen their understanding of nutrition as a daily, lifelong practice.
While doctors are trained to manage acute and life-threatening conditions with extraordinary skill, only 14% report feeling confident in offering nutritional advice. This is not a critique—it's a reflection of a systemic gap in medical education. The science of nutrition is evolving rapidly, and the practical application of this science in real, everyday life is too often overlooked.
That is where this course steps in.
